Meeting was held at the Buehler’s community room, sandwiches and snacks were available. 

1. Plans are to continue the ICOand place ads in appropriate publications. 
2.  Treasurer’s report.Club is in good financial order.
3. The MCBC will purchase several bicycles and distribute them via a local charity as done in the past 
4. Letter to club members asking for support and commitment to help at next year’s ICO will be re-sent along with a meeting notice to discuss details. Timing March 2013. 
5. Club still has jerseys in stock if any member is interested. 
6. Waiting for Century cycles to finish move to new building.  Sponsor open house and basic bike maintenance class sponsored by club at their new store. 
7. Create hot-link to Century Cycles and ABC ride calendar and give them the option to post on our calendar.Still need volunteers for beginners loop ride – shelved until spring. 
8. Done: Make business cards with club tagline “Come Ride With Us” 
9. Lori Schwarz has offered to reach out the women riders for input on a “Women’s Only Ride” 

Shawn has connected with the town concerning efforts to support the Roscoe Ewing bike path.  Response was very positive and the club will be pursuing this.   Shawn and Gerry will reach to both the town and county about improvements to the path.

Suggested we donate a bench (2) for the trail for the enjoyment of all. It was agreed that the club will see if we can donate bike racks for the Town Square for the convenience of those who ride thru or stop to shop at the Farmers Market. 

New Club Activities: 

1. Looking for members who do other activities (i.e., hike, camp, cross country ski) to post on calendar and inviteother members.
2.  Looking to hold a club ride and picnic in third week of September. Cancelled we could not obtain use of afacility in time.
3.  Future plans to sponsor club outing to the “Cleveland Velodrome” 

New Business: 

Discussed venue/route change for the ICO.   Possible “clover-leaf route”circling back to a cntral spot to provide better rider services.
